- a payment institution;
- an investment firm;
- an investment adviser;
- a financial adviser;
- an accounting service;
- a tax adviser.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific future feature, BUDGETYEP does not:

- provide investment management.
Amounts displayed in BUDGETYEP are not independently verified bank balances.
3. No Financial, Investment, Tax or Legal Advice
BUDGETYEP is provided for personal organisation and informational purposes.
Budgets, calculations, progress indicators, challenge results and other outputs are not personalised professional advice.
Nothing in BUDGETYEP constitutes:
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- tax advice;
- legal advice;
- credit advice.
You remain responsible for your financial decisions.
Where appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use paid BUDGETYEP services.
Certain functionality requires an account.
You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Authentication
BUDGETYEP may support:
- email and password authentication;
- Google Sign-In.
Your use of Google services may also be governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.
BUDGETYEP does not receive your Google password.
6. Subscriptions
Full BUDGETYEP access currently requires a paid subscription unless otherwise expressly stated.
Current standard subscription options are:
Monthly subscription: €4.99 per month, VAT included
Annual subscription: €49.99 per year, VAT included
There is currently no free trial.
The applicable price, billing period and other required purchase information will be displayed before you complete payment.
We may introduce additional plans, prices or promotions in the future.
Any new price applicable to a purchase will be shown before the user becomes bound by that purchase.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment associated with your chosen subscription.
BUDGETYEP does not directly store your complete payment card number.
8. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period.
Monthly subscriptions normally renew each month.
Annual subscriptions normally renew each year.
The applicable renewal price will be charged using your available payment method, subject to applicable law.
9. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the Manage Subscription functionality where available.
You may also contact:
myfuturemakersclub@gmail.com
Cancellation prevents future renewal.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access to paid functionality may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting:
- the BUDGETYEP PWA;
- a shortcut;
- budgeting records;
- individual transactions;
does not automatically cancel your subscription.
10. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer entitled to statutory withdrawal rights under EU, EEA or other applicable consumer law, those rights remain unaffected.
For qualifying distance service contracts, a consumer may generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal rules and exceptions.
If you request that performance of the Service begins during the withdrawal period, applicable law may allow us to charge an amount proportionate to the Service supplied before you communicated your withdrawal, where all legal requirements for doing so have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or remove a statutory withdrawal right where such a right cannot lawfully be waived.
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you may send a clear statement of your decision to:
myfuturemakersclub@gmail.com
Your statement should contain enough information for us to identify the relevant account and purchase.
11. Refunds
Cancellation of a recurring subscription does not automatically create a refund for time during which the Service has already been available.
However, refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits:
- statutory withdrawal rights;
- legal remedies for non-conforming digital services;
- mandatory refund rights;
- other non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe or another authorised payment provider may attempt payment again.
Access to paid functionality may be restricted or suspended if payment remains unsuccessful.
13. Savings Challenges
BUDGETYEP may provide motivational savings features, including I Didn't Buy It.
When you record an avoided purchase, the amount represents spending that you report having avoided.
It does not mean that:
- BUDGETYEP transferred the amount to a savings account;
- the amount has been independently verified;
- the amount is held by BUDGETYEP;
- the amount represents an actual bank balance.
Challenge totals are based on information entered by the user.
14. User-Entered Information
You are responsible for information you enter into BUDGETYEP.
The Service performs calculations based on available information.
Outputs may be affected by:
- incomplete user data;
- incorrectly entered information;
- software errors;
- rounding;
- technical problems.
You should independently verify information before relying on it for significant financial, legal, tax or other decisions.
15. No Guarantee of Financial Results
BUDGETYEP is designed to help users organise and understand their own financial information.
We do not guarantee that using BUDGETYEP will:
- increase savings;
- reduce spending;
- eliminate debt;
- improve creditworthiness;
- increase income;
- produce any specific financial outcome.
Results depend on the user's circumstances, behaviour and decisions.
16. User Content and Financial Records
You retain your rights in information and content you enter into BUDGETYEP.
You grant us the limited rights necessary to:
- host;
- store;
- process;
- reproduce;
- display;
that information for the purpose of operating and securing BUDGETYEP and providing the Service to you.
We do not obtain ownership of your personal budgeting records merely because you enter them into BUDGETYEP.

We may make reasonable changes required to maintain, secure or improve the Service.
Mandatory rights relating to digital services remain unaffected.
22. Changes to Features
BUDGETYEP may evolve over time.
We may introduce, modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Where a material modification to a paid digital service triggers mandatory consumer rights, those rights will be respected.
23. Internet Connection and Installation
BUDGETYEP is primarily an online service.
A working internet connection may be required for:
- login;
- synchronisation;
- current records;
- payments;
- subscription management;
- certain features.
BUDGETYEP may also be installable as a Progressive Web App (“PWA”).
Installing BUDGETYEP:
- may add an icon to your device;
- may provide an app-like launch experience;
- does not create another account;
- does not create another subscription;
- does not make BUDGETYEP a bank.
Removing the installed PWA does not automatically cancel your subscription or delete your account.
24. Security
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect:
- your password;
- your Google account where used for login;
- devices from which you access BUDGETYEP.
Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary if:
- these Terms are materially violated;
- payment remains unpaid;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- activity threatens the security of users or systems;
- suspension is required by law.
Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice will be provided.
You may stop using BUDGETYEP at any time.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes unless expressly stated otherwise.
26. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by:
- inaccurate information entered by the user;
- financial decisions made independently by the user;
- circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- misuse of an account caused by the user's failure to protect credentials;
- third-party services outside our reasonable control.
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to BUDGETYEP;
- changes to subscription functionality;
- changes in law;
- security requirements;
- new functionality;

The current version will show a revised Last updated date.
Where applicable law requires advance notice or consent for a material change, we will follow those requirements.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Disputes and Complaints
If you have a complaint relating to BUDGETYEP, please contact us first at:
myfuturemakersclub@gmail.com
